Levi x Reader - Perfect moment

I was the resident maid for the survey corps. Captain Levi had hired me since he got tired of cleaning all by himself. Even though now he had the cadets clean as well they were away a lot on the missions. Any more now I acted like the medic as well. Erwin has tried countless times to get me fired to save the budget but Levi always got him off of it.

Levi always looked out for me in the beginning. I noticed a pattern form after awhile. He always took me to the couch in his room so he could use me as a pillow as I rubbed his head. I didn’t mind it not even when I found out why he made me do it. He always made me do it when he lost someone. He would look at their patches and then put it in his drawer in his desk. Sometimes Levi was talkative others he wasn’t.

I was really worried about Levi a lot anymore. He always told me to stop but I couldn’t. I would stay awake and clean quietly to think about everything. When I did that he’d pick me up and hold me in his bed until I fell asleep. I won’t lie I loved when he did this. Levi made me feel very safe, Well as safe as anyone could get.

Levi and his team were getting to leave for a mission. Something to do with Eren, the titan shifter. Levi often groaned about him to me so I knew a lot about Eren. As I was cleaning up in Levi’s office, as ordered to by Levi, I heard the door close. I looked up and saw Levi there.

“Are you okay, Captain?” I asked softly.

“I told you call me, Levi when that door is closed.” He sighed in annoyance

“Right. I’m sorry, Levi. But are you okay?” I asked again.

“Yeah I suppose.” He said and walked over to me. He held me from behind. This was a very common thing with him now. “I have that bad feeling again but Erwin demanded it.”

“Don’t worry I don’t think anything will happen today.” I said to reassure him.

“And if it does?” Levi asked cooing in my ear softly.

“I . . . What do you mean?” I asked nervously holding onto his chair.

“If something goes wrong today how will you make it up to me?” Levi asked. My grip on the chair got tighter. ‘Make it up to him’? What did he mean? I usually just petted his head on the couch until he fell asleep because that calmed him down.

“W-What would you like for me to do?” I asked still nervous.

He took a pause as if wondering that himself. Then he turned me to look up in his eyes. I loved his silver eyes. They were so calming and peaceful at some moments. Right now they are but most of the time when we weren’t alone he looked pissed. “That is a good question. Now what would be a good answer?” he asked leaning in closer. He put his hand on the desk behind me and pinned me to the chair.

“Levi.” I said softly and touched his chest softly. He held my hand and rubbed it softly with his thumb. He took my hand and kissed it softly as he backed off.

“Maybe we could continue that once I come back.” Levi said softly.

The door made me jump when it was opened. “Levi, hurry up,” Erwin said. That’s why Levi backed off. He always did when Erwin came. I was seriously getting pissed at Erwin. He ruined every moment like this when I wanted Levi to continue.

“Right away.” Levi said leaving with Erwin.

“Why do you spend so much time with that . . . maid?” Erwin said. I knew he hated me and I didn’t really care.

“She has a name. It’s (Name).” Levi snapped back.

I went to the window and saw them get on their horses. Levi looked up at me and I blushed. He gave a quick little smile before they rode off. As usual I made a little prayer that Levi would come back alright. I mean he was humanities strongest but I worried about him none the less. He was human and all humans could die to a titan, no matter how strong.

As I finished my chores, Levi was all I could think of. It got so bad I sat down in the mess hall and hid in my arms. “You alright, (Name)?” Hanji asked.

“H-Hanji,” I said darting my head up to look at her. “I thought you went with the others.”

“No I stayed behind this time.” Hanji smiled as she handed me some tea. “It’s nice to see you take a break.”

“Thank you and same to you. I rarely see you out of your lab unless it’s a meal.” I giggled softly.

“Like you, I just needed a break. I saw you out her and made some tea so we could talk.” She smiled. I did love my talks with her but she always talked about titans. The only thing was you could only hear so much about the titans until it gets boring. Plus she gets talking about Bean and Sonny. Once you hit that there was no return until Erwin or Levi stopped her.

“Good. What would you like to talk about?” I smiled.

“Well I will come out and ask it. Are you and Levi a couple?” Hanji asked with a smile.

“A couple?” I asked. I could feel my blush growing and as it did as did Hanji’s smile. “I . . . I don’t know. I mean . . . I don’t know.”

“Do you want to be?” She asked.

“I mean I’d like that. I’d like that a lot but . . . Erwin is such a cock block.” I said. Hanji started to laugh like a mad man.

“You’re so right, (Name). Erwin is!” she laughed more.

“Well it’s just he always barges in right when it was getting good. Like today Levi heard him coming down the hall and I swore Levi was going to kiss me.” I said softly.

“Sounds like them.” She said. “I always thought Levi did have a thing for you. I mean Erwin always just calls you a maid or a servant and Levi always snaps back with your name. Plus when you eat alone and he eats with Erwin and myself, I always see him staring at you. I remember once when Jean went up to you to do something. You blushed and Levi got so mad he almost broke his tea cup.”

“Wow.” I said softly in awe. Levi must have been pissed because he was so careful with Tea cups. No one knew why exactly. He even held them held them differently. Levi never used the handle but he held them by the rim. I always found that to be a cute little thing he did.

“Oh wow looks like they are back. Darn I wanted to talk more.” Hanji pouted. She was looking out the window and I looked with her to see the troops coming back. They all seemed to be there but I didn’t see Levi. I ran to the window.

“Where is Levi?” I panicked. “Where is he?” I felt like crying. My chest felt so heavy. I could barely breathe now. I put my hand on my chest and panted. I could feel myself starting to tremble until my hand was taken and I was being dragged somewhere. I couldn’t see who it was. I just looked down the entire way.

I was thrown onto a bed lightly. When I looked up it was Levi. I smiled and held his waist softly. I cried softly into it. “(Name)?” he asked confused.

“I-I-I didn’t s-see you when you all came back. I f-feared the worst.” I said through my tears.

Levi got on the bed on top of me and held my arms above my head with one hand. The other made me look up at him. His eyes were kind this time. “L-Levi?” I asked as I tried to stop crying.

“You are quite messy.” He said in a caring way as he wiped my tears off my cheek. He let go of my wrists and put his hand by my side for leverage. I wish he would stop teasing me like this, before Erwin even thought of coming near.

“It’s your fault, Levi.” I said.

“Oh, how is it my fault?” Levi said out of curiosity.

“I didn’t see you with the others. I couldn’t think or hardly breathe. I was so worried and scared.” I said.

Levi smiled softly and leaned down to the point our noses touched. I could feel his breath on me. I couldn’t take it. I didn’t want him to ruin this perfect moment. So I took Levi’s shoulders and brought him down to kiss me. His lips were so soft and warm.

Levi chuckled softly and then kissed me back. He soon took his dominance and kissed me deeply. I let him with a smile. I let him explore all he wanted. Levi even put his hand on my stomach and held me closely. I moaned softly and he deepened the kiss but he soon backed off and looked at me. He smirked softly and I blushed even more.

“My. My. Looks like I have another mess to clean.” Levi smirked. He petted my head softly.

“A m-mess?” I asked nervously.

“Your hair is a mess as are your clothes.” He said fixing my clothes. I blushed madly. I mean he was fixing my clothes. What girl wouldn’t blush at their crush doing that? I took his hands to make him stop. “Stopped me from cleaning up?”

“I can do it myself.” I blushed as I did so.

Levi laid next to me and I looked up at him. He pulled me next to him. “Just so you know. I thought of your punishment. You have to sleep beside me tonight.” He said. “And that’s an order.”

“Alright. I would love that.” I said cuddling his chest. I felt safe again. Nothing could get me. Not in Levi’s arms. I mean Levi loved to sleep with his 3dm gear right on the edge of his bed so he had a sword right next to him. I didn’t mind since it was on the floor and that’s what made him feel safe. Hanji told me he had dark past. I never wanted to bring it up to upset him so I let him do as he pleased. Though right now under this order I was very happy. I never wanted this perfect moment to end and I hoped it didn’t.
